Cancelation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. 

If for any reason you need to change we are happy to reschedule the booking and transfer your payment. To do this a minimum of 48 hours notice is to be given. Anything less than this time frame will result in the loss of your deposit. All deposits are transferable but non-refundable.

To avoid the cancellation fee, instead please reschedule with at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
